Candidates with excellent leadership and management of a highly motivated and dynamic team of experienced engineers, technicians and logisticians should apply. The Project Manager will join the Management Team, providing strategic leadership and ensuring the planning, execution, integration, and delivery of the project. The Project Manager will be instrumental in providing guidance and support to CASG and the prime customer. This is a new role in an expanding organisation with a focus on delivery.
Experience Required
The Project Manager will have 10 years\' experience minimum.
Candidates will have tertiary qualifications.
A traceable history in delivery of a project.
Experience in working with Primes and CASG.
Monitor and manage sub-contractors.
A thorough understanding of PM frameworks and defence standards.
Promote continuous improvement.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong leadership and management abilities.
Business/budgetary experience.
Applicant MUST hold a current NV1 AGSVA issued clearance as a minimum.
This position would ideally suit applicants experienced with managing complex, high-value, multi-year programs with multiple subcontractors and international supply chains. Candidates with extensive experience in demanding leadership and management appointments will be highly regarded.
