Uniflow Services is seeking a **qualified and motivated HVAC Refrigeration Technician** to join our friendly and professional team on a full-time basis.
This role offers variety, independence, and the opportunity to work on a wide range of systems—from residential wall splits to ducted and VRF systems in high-end homes, commercial projects.

**Your Role Will Involve**:
- Maintenance, service, and repairs of HVAC systems
- Fault diagnosis and warranty repairs
- Commissioning and handover of new systems
- Quoting on breakdowns and system replacements
- Removal and replacement of HVAC equipment
- Preparing detailed site diagnostic reports
- Coordinating with our scheduler for job planning and parts ordering
**Required Licences & Qualifications**:
- Certificate III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
- Refrigerant Handling Licence (ARCtick)
- Restricted Electrical Licence (or higher)
- White Card (Construction Induction)
- WA "C" Class Driver's Licence
**What We're Looking For**:
- Strong hand skills and technical knowledge
- Experience with residential and commercial ducted systems
- VRF/VRV experience preferred (training can be provided)
- Great fault-finding ability or a willingness to grow in this area
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Neat, professional presentation and pride in your work
