Job Description
As a Corporate Finance Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a cross-functional team to deliver the Corporation's corporate finance, treasury, and external funding functions.
* Develop strategies for and lead the development of the Corporation's funding and budget submissions to external bodies.
* Provide corporate finance advice to senior management on complex business transactions.
* Lead the treasury management function to optimise the Corporation's debt portfolio and meet cash and liquidity requirements.

What We Are Looking For
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Substantial experience in corporate finance and preparing written submissions.
* Experience in treasury management, as well as commercial financial and accounting experience in a large operational/industrial or engineering environment.
* The ability to build and drive positive and collaborative relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
* Experience building and leading a collaborative, high-performing team.
