We're seeking a proactive Administration Assistant / Customer Service professional to join our warehouse team in Carole Park. This is a full-time role with an immediate start.
Responsibilities
 * Customer service via phone and email
 * Order and invoice processing (Pronto experience highly regarded)
 * General admin and data entry
 * Supporting warehouse operations
What We're Looking For
 * Admin or customer service experience (warehouse/logistics preferred)
 * Strong computer skills – Pronto ERP a bonus
 * Great communication and attention to detail
 * Willingness to learn – training provided
