Opportunity
This is a hands‐on leadership role supporting a team of technicians across Melbourne, primarily working within commercial high‐rise buildings, retail environments and large commercial facilities.
You will play a key role in driving team performance, supporting client relationships and identifying new business opportunities, while remaining technically involved in service and maintenance work.
What You'll Be Doing
* Lead, mentor and provide technical guidance to a team of technicians
* Support overflow service, maintenance and breakdown work
* Diagnose and resolve HVAC&R system faults
* Quote repair and replacement works and identify new opportunities
* Assist with business growth and new client targets
* Liaise directly with clients to ensure exceptional service delivery
* Build and maintain long‐term client relationships
* Prepare accurate service reports and documentation
* Set the standard as a senior technician and team leader

About You
* Strong HVAC&R experience within commercial high‐rise environments
* Proven experience leading, mentoring or supporting technicians
* Excellent communication and client‐facing skills
* Professional, reliable and well‐presented approach
* Strong commitment to safety and compliance

* Relevant trade qualifications and licences
* Valid driver's licence
