**About the Role:**
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the store. This includes customer service, team training and development, rostering, stock management, reporting, as well as adhering to and implementing health and safety policies and procedures.
The successful candidate will have leadership experience in a retail or hospitality capacity, a passion to drive their own career and others forward, and well-developed professional communication skills. They should also have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and training to others, as well as the ability to adapt to change and strong attention to detail.
