Description
The Finance Business Partner will be responsible for, but not limited to:
* Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making processes.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to drive financial transformation initiatives.
* Develop and implement financial models to analyse business scenarios and outcomes.
* Prepare detailed financial reports and forecasts for senior management.
* Identify and mitigate financial risks to support organisational stability.
* Present board packs to the SLT team
* Support the implementation of new financial systems and processes.
* Monitor and evaluate financial performance against strategic goals.
* Assist with Finance Transformation activities as the organisation goes through a system upgrade.
* Provide guidance and support to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Profile
A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
* A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
* CA/CPA or equivalent - qualified.
* Experience within a large corporate or big-4/mid-tier background preferred.
* Strong analytical and financial modelling skills preferred.
* Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders.
* Experience with financial systems and process improvement initiatives.
* A solid understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
