We're now looking for a driven Operations Supervisor to lead our dynamic team in Hoxton Park.About The RoleAs our Operations Supervisor, you'll be at the heart of our logistics operations—leading teams, driving performance, and ensuring seamless service delivery for our valued clients.
You'll oversee day-to-day warehouse activities, manage staff, and collaborate across departments to deliver operational excellence.What You'll Be DoingTeam leaders to achieve operational goalsDrive performance to meet financial and service targetsEnsure compliance with WHS and ISO 9001 standardsDevelop and maintain operational procedures and protocolsSupervise daily warehouse and logistics operations or Lead and support warehouse staff, including training and performance monitoringBuild strong relationships with customers and internal service groupsProvide expert guidance on inventory control and logistics processesDeliver accurate monthly reports and maintain staff recordsWhat You'll BringProven experience in logistics or freight forwardingStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and customer service abilitiesAdvanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, etc.)Knowledge of warehouse management systems and logistics operationsUnderstanding of OH&S; and relevant legislationAbility to influence, build relationships, and drive continuous improvementWhy DB Schenker?
