Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Property Management Assistant based in Pacific Pines, QLD. The role involves supporting the property management team with daily tasks, including assisting with tenant inquiries, preparing leases and inspection reports, coordinating property maintenance, updating property records, and liaising with landlords and tenants. The Junior Property Management Assistant will also ensure compliance with legal regulations and provide outstanding customer service to all stakeholders.
Qualifications
Proficiency in administrative tasks including accurate record-keeping, document preparation, and managing communication with clients
Knowledge or willingness to learn property management compliance and legal requirements
Strong skills in customer service and maintaining positive relationships with tenants and landlords
Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Good written and verbal communication skills to convey information clearly and professionally
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with property management software is a plus
Resilient, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience in real estate or property management preferred but not essential
