In this pivotal role, you’ll partner across the business to redesign workflows, uplift capability and drive practical, people-centred AI adoption. You’ll ensure teams are supported through change, aligned to best-practice standards, and equipped to realise real enterprise value from AI safely, responsibly and effectively.
Your key responsibilities include:
* Embed AI into high-value workflows, removing barriers and accelerating adoption.
* Lead change, training and enablement programs that build AI literacy and confidence.
* Collaborate with business units, IT, Data, AI Capabilities and AI Labs to deliver AI-powered solutions.
* Track adoption, value and impact, providing insights to the CAIO and Executive.
* Champion safe, ethical and transparent AI usage aligned to Pickles’ governance and values.
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role you will bring:
* Experience in AI delivery, workflow redesign or business transformation.
* Strong change management and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Ability to uplift AI capability across diverse teams.
* A deep understanding of Pickles’ business processes and customer journeys.
* Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
