Lead a High-Quality Kindergarten Program
As an experienced Early Childhood Teacher (ECT), you will lead a stimulating and play-based kindergarten program at our Sunbury location.
Your Responsibilities
* Design and implement a curriculum aligned with the EYLF framework and Aspire's Grow, Learn & Connect framework.
* Mentor and support educators within your room to achieve excellence in practice.
* Build strong relationships with families, children, and your team.
* Create engaging environments that foster creativity, curiosity, and confidence.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience working as an Early Childhood Teacher and hold a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or ACECQA-approved equivalent. They will also require VIT Registration (Provisional or Full) and demonstrated understanding of quality, compliance, and curriculum planning.
