Dental Assistant/Front Office Coordinator
Mandurah North Dental is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Dental Assistant/Front Office Coordinator to join our team. This is a casual position, offering a flexible schedule and the opportunity to work in a dynamic, patient-focused environment.
Responsibilities
* Providing exceptional patient care and customer service at the front desk
* Assisting dentists and dental hygienists during patient procedures
* Sterilising and maintaining dental instruments and equipment
* Scheduling appointments and managing patient records
* Ordering and maintaining dental supplies
* Handling insurance claims and other administrative tasks
Qualifications
* Previous experience as a Dental Assistant or in a similar front office role is highly desirable
* Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and equipment
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with patients
* Excellent organisational and multi-tasking abilities
* Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sterilisation
* Flexibility to work a casual schedule, including weekends
