About The Role:
* Sorting and distribution of pathology supplies and reports to clients
* Collection and delivery of specimens
* Professional representation of North West Pathology
* Maintain workplace safety
* Compliance with OH&S standards
* Apply quality systems and continuous improvement processes
* Maintain equipment
* Successful applicants will be required to cover shifts Monday to Friday, with some weekend and public holiday work to meet operational requirements.
Selection Criteria:
1. Unrestricted Australian driver's license with an exemplary driving record
2. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
3. A pleasant disposition and ability to present in a professional and confident manner
4. Knowledge of hazardous goods handling
5. The ability to work cooperatively in a team environment as well as autonomously without direct supervision
6. Good technological knowledge including sound computer literacy skills and competence with a variety of software programs
7. An understanding of quality control techniques
8. Physically able to carry out the demanding manual elements of this role
9. Committed to service excellence
