Salary Classification - AHP3 - Allied Health Professional L3 - $104,180 to $111,746 + Superannuation and Salary Sacrifice Benefits Second Classification - RN/M3 - Registered Nurse/Midwife LV 3 - $125,183 to $130,779 + Superannuation and Salary Sacrifice Benefits
Part Time (FTE 0.6) - Term Contract (Temporary up to 30 Jun 2027) About the Opportunity
We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the CAMHS team as a Senior Clinician, where you will be responsible for:
Perinatal and Infant Mental Health Education and Consultation (PIMHEC)
PIMHEC provides limited pre and post discharge support to parents and babies who have been admitted to Helen Mayo House inpatient unit whilst working collaboratively with their primary supports in the community.
They also have some ability to provide consultation and/or liaison concerning perinatal mental health problems even if Helen Mayo House admission is not a consideration.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have: Been a Clinician with at least 3 full years equivalent post registration experience.
Demonstrated competence in delivering proficient and comprehensive mental health assessment and direct clinical services to infants and their families experiencing complex, acute or chronic mental illness/ trauma or a wide range of emotional and behavioural disturbance.
Effective leadership skills including highly developed skills in communication, problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Demonstrated ability in the leadership and facilitation of change management.
