Job Overview
A challenging and dynamic role for a Production Supervisor is available at our Lidcombe plant. As a key member of the team, you will oversee production operations and ensure smooth execution of daily tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Support and promote a strong safety culture
* Oversee production schedule and manage conflicting priorities and changes
* Operate various computer software systems for production purposes
* Manage stock levels and coordinate deliveries
* Coordinate site maintenance with contractors
* Lead by example and manage teams confidently
* Complete all required reporting
Requirements:
* Experience in a supervisory or similar role, preferably in concrete or construction manufacturing environment
* Self-motivated team player who can work unsupervised
* Strong work ethic and results-focused approach
* Effective communication skills and ability to work under pressure
* Physical stamina to perform duties associated with the position
* Driver's license and own transport is essential; front end loader or forklift competency an advantage
* Willngness to complete a police check and pass a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screening
* Hold full Australian work rights with no limitation on hours or duration of employment
