As a key member of our hearing services team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional client experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to welcome and manage the interactions of our clients, ensuring their experience is optimal.

The daily tasks of this position include scheduling and confirming appointments, providing administrative support to clinicians, and effectively managing clinic operations. You will also be responsible for handling phone lines and email inquiries, billing clients accurately, and taking payments.

Prior experience in customer service or administration is highly valued. Additionally, strong organizational and time management skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team.
