Overview
Crommelin, a proudly Western Australian manufacturer supplying construction and decorative coatings to the Australian building industry for over 70 years, is seeking a highly organised Administrator to support our national commercial sales team.
Working closely with the National Commercial Sales Business Manager and a national team of Commercial Sales BDMs, this role involves the administration and coordination of WA-manufactured construction and decorative coatings into the Australian construction market.
The position offers flexible working hours for the right candidate to help maximise engagement and effectiveness.
Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to the national commercial sales team.
* Assist with project coordination and documentation.
* Maintain records of projects, opportunities, and communications.
* Support preparation of specifications, submissions, and related documentation.
* Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination of projects.
About You
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
* Previous experience as a Contract Administrator (CA), Estimator, or Specification Coordinator is highly regarded, but not essential for the right candidate.
