About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Managing Associate to support the day‐to‐day operations of the business and assist in the delivery of multiple concurrent projects.
This is a dynamic, hands‐on role that sits at the centre of the business, combining project coordination, client communication, financial administration, and document management. You will work closely with the Principal to ensure projects are set up correctly, run efficiently, and are supported by accurate documentation and financial oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage office and Principal email inboxes, ensuring timely and professional responses
* Act as a key point of contact for clients, insurers and stakeholders
* Coordinate new job instructions, including full project setup across internal systems
* Prepare, format and proofread technical reports, scopes and client correspondence
* Set up and maintain project files, templates and document control systems
* Coordinate site access, meetings, and stakeholder communications
* Prepare meeting agendas and minutes (including PCG meetings)
* Maintain WIP notes and provide regular client and internal updates
* Manage invoicing, Xero reconciliations, and general bookkeeping tasks
* Monitor debtors and follow up outstanding payments
* Support monthly reporting and financial tracking
