Your new role
An exciting opportunity has become available for a driven and highly organised Maintenance Scheduler / Scheduling Administrator to join a busy head office environment. Operating within a fast‑paced, high‑volume setting, you will take ownership of coordinating scheduled works and project requests, acting as a key liaison between clients, trades and subcontractors. As the scheduling administrator, you will be responsible for:
* Acting as the first point of contact for incoming calls relating to scheduling and work requests
* Liaising with clients to understand service requirements and accurately capturing details
* Coordinating and updating all scheduled work, including follow‑on and additional work
* Maintaining the database to ensure accuracy and service details are correct
* Liaising with management regarding job progress and issues
* Investigating, updating and following up job queries to ensure the scheduling team has complete and accurate information.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful you will have:
* Recent experience in a scheduling based administration role
* Proven ability to manage a high volume workload, meeting deadlines and prioritising tasks
* Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal, with excellent attention to detail
* Intermediate MS Office skills and the ability to learn new systems
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as autonomously
* A positive attitude with a proactive mindset
