We are looking for a Trades Assistant and Civil Construction workers to join an excellent WA local business to build the future and maintain our future. If you are an experienced TA and/or Civil construction worker looking to advance in their career with a great team, this is the role for you. About the Role: You will be joining our Perth, WA team. Dependent on your position, we have roles available across the following environments: Civil Construction Sites Workshop-based Operations FIFO mining and construction projects Potential for shift work, overtime, and night shifts may be required Exposure to outdoor conditions, noise, and dust Key Responsibilities: Assist with civil works including roads, bridges, trenching, and drainage Use hand and power tools in workshop and onsite settings Assist with repairs, installations, and maintenance Operate or support operation of plant and machinery (if licensed) Site preparation, material handling, and equipment movement Set up/dismantle temporary signage, barricades, and safety systems Maintain clean and hazard-free work areas Support general workshop activities including equipment setup and inventory handling Skills & Experience White Card (Construction Induction) – Mandatory Certificate II or III in Civil Construction (preferred) Perth Airport Inductions (PAPL) - HIGHLY regarded Basic tool-handling skills or mechanical aptitude Forklift licence and/or plant machinery tickets – Highly regarded Previous experience in construction, mining, or workshop environments (preferred) Driver’s licence – Required for most roles Physically fit, safety-focused, and reliable Ability to work as part of a team and take direction If you believe you have the required attributes and skillset and would be a great asset to the client's company, then we are excited to hear from you!
