General Stream Band 3, $76,849 to $82,996 per annum.

The Domestic Supervisor ensures a high standard of cleanliness across Launceston General Hospital and areas under House Services. They oversee daily performance of staff, manage routine cleaning tasks, and ensure quality control of work in accordance with procedures and standards.

• Oversee daily performance of house services staff on routine manual and operational cleaning tasks.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with cleaning procedures, WHS, and Infection Control policies.
• Deliver practical, hands‐on training to staff on correct cleaning techniques and adherence to safety and infection control procedures.
• Assist with mandatory training requirements and develop training materials and procedures.
• Pay attention to detail and problem‐solve cleaning issues efficiently.

• Ability to deliver practical, hands‐on training and demonstrate correct cleaning techniques.
• Sound computer knowledge to assist with mandatory training requirements and develop training materials.
• Attention to detail and problem‐solving ability.
• Knowledge of WHS and infection control policies and procedures preferred.
