Employing over 580 staff, Sci-Fleet has multiple Toyota, Lexus and Hino dealerships spanning across South East QLD which look after all aspects of motoring including Parts, Service, Finance and Insurance.
Sci-Fleet Toyota currently has an opportunity available for a qualified full time WorkshopController to join our Kedron Service Department.
Responsibilities
Managing a team of technicians to maximise productivity and profitability within the workshop
Exercising excellent time management skills to balance resources with conflicting priorities
Building effective relationships with workshop staff & workshop culture
Motivating and training workshop staff while maintaining targets and deadlines
Providing high level guest service to the dealership's guests
Liaising with the Workshop Foreman for repairs and diagnoses of problems
Allocating completed vehicles for quality testing, organise acquisition of workshop supplies and ensure adequate stock levels are maintained
Qualifications
Previous background as a Workshop Controller, Master Technician, Technician or experienced Service Advisor (desirable)
Working knowledge of dealer management systems
Demonstrated knowledge of the automotive industry
Ability to work productively in an autonomous environment
Highly motivated & Guest service focused
Ability to manage time effectively and multi-task where required
Hold a current and valid manual driver's license (Queensland)
Toyota experience advantageous, but not necessary
