We are looking for a skilled Cabinet Maker to join our team, specialising in high-end commercial & residential joinery projects. This is a hands-on role for someone with a passion for craftsmanship, strong technical skills, and attention to detail.
About the Role:
* Manufacture and assemble custom cabinetry.
* Work with a range of materials and finishes.
* Read and interpret technical drawings to produce precise, detailed work.
* Operate woodworking machinery, hand tools, and power tools with accuracy and care.
* Install kitchens and cabinetry with precision and efficiency.
* Collaborate with the workshop team to deliver projects on time and to specification.
* Maintain a safe, organised, and efficient workspace.
Skills & Experience:
* Certificate III qualified Cabinet Maker / Shopfitter with at least 2 years experience.
* Proven experience in cabinetmaking and/or kitchen installation.
* Experience working with hardwoods will be viewed favourably but is not essential.
* Strong experience with all tools of the trade.
* Physically fit and able to lift and manoeuvre heavy cabinets.
* Ability to work autonomously and unsupervised while also contributing as part of a team.
* Strong attention to detail and pride in finishing work to a high standard.
* Current White Card.
* Current Driver’s Licence.
* Experience with large-scale cabinetry projects highly regarded.
* CNC experience an advantage but not essential.
