About the role
* Part‐time (0.44 FTE) ongoing position
* Termtime only
Working under the guidance of qualified Kindergarten Teachers and the Co‐Directors, the Kindergarten Co‐Educator supports the delivery of the early learning program while contributing to the wellbeing of children and the smooth day‐to‐day operation of the Centre.
You will play a hands‐on role in program delivery, supporting learning experiences, maintaining engaging environments and building positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
Ideal candidate
* Hold an approved early childhood qualification in accordance with ACECQA requirements
* Maintain current First Aid qualifications, Working With Children Check and National Police Check
* Demonstrate an understanding of early childhood development and play‐based learning
* Bring an interest in, or experience with, Reggio Emilia philosophy
* Show a genuine commitment to child safety, wellbeing and inclusive practice
* Build positive, respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues
* Work effectively within a collaborative team environment while following direction
* Demonstrate a proactive, flexible and hands‐on approach to supporting daily program delivery
* Communicate professionally in an early learning setting and contribute positively to the campus culture
