What You Bring
To excel as a Senior Business Analyst Human Capital Management in this setting, you will bring substantial experience navigating complex enterprise environments where Human Capital Management plays a central role. Your background should include hands-on involvement in analysing intricate business processes—particularly those relating to HR systems. Ideally you have worked with leading HCM or ERP platforms before, including SAP (S/4Hana) —enabling you to quickly grasp technical nuances while keeping sight of broader organisational goals.
* Demonstrated experience as an end-to-end Business Analyst within complex enterprise environments, ideally focusing on Human Capital Management and SAP modules.
* In-depth understanding of business processes related to Human Capital Management including compliance requirements relevant to large organisations.
* Proficiency in Agile methodologies such as user story creation, backlog management, sprint planning, and facilitating iterative development cycles.
* Exceptional documentation abilities with a proven track record of producing clear business process maps and functional specifications tailored for diverse audiences.
* Experience working with HCM software or ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle or ADP) is highly desirable for this position.
