About the Job:
This exciting role offers a unique opportunity to lead our Tweed store and drive sales growth, KPIs, and team development. As a seasoned retail manager, you will be responsible for creating brand awareness across the commercial, residential, and retail clientele in Tweed.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive sales growth and meet/exceed KPIs
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies
* Lead and motivate a high-performing team of 5+ staff members
* Manage store operations, including visual merchandising and inventory control
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Previous retail management experience in a consultative environment
* Experience in trades, electrical, or homeware industry is highly regarded
* Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating a unique and rewarding experience for all
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of the store as though it was your own
