About the Opportunity
As a seasoned HR professional, you will play a pivotal advisory role in our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to partner with leaders and teams across the business to provide guidance on people practices.
* You will coach and support leaders on employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
* Lead complex case management, including investigations and Fair Work matters.
* Drive initiatives to boost culture, engagement, and retention across the workforce.
* Mentor and support other People & Culture team members.
* Contribute to policy development, workforce planning, and organisational change projects.
* Travel to branch locations across Australia to provide on-the-ground People & Culture support.
What We Are Looking For
We are seeking a confident HR professional who thrives on building strong relationships and navigating complex workplace matters. You must have:
* Demonstrated experience in a generalist HR / People & Culture role with a strong ER / IR component.
* A sound understanding of employment legislation and compliance requirements.
* Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust at all levels.
* Proven experience handling complex case management with confidence.
* A collaborative mindset and a genuine passion for workplace culture and engagement.
