Procurement Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement sourcing strategies for assigned commodities
* Assemble RFQ packages and execute competitive quoting and benchmarking activities
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new product launches and design changes
* Work with suppliers to improve quality, delivery, and overall performance
* Identify and execute cost savings initiatives through resourceful activities and value engineering
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
* Minimum 2 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management
Preferred Skills:
* Practical knowledge of supplier management and sourcing principles
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
* Analytical and computer-related skills, with Oracle experience an advantage
* Able to manage multiple priorities and build strong relationships with internal partners and suppliers
