Customer Experience - Sales and Tech Support
This role can be at either our Seven Hills NSW or Banyo QLD office.

About the role
We are looking for a Customer Experience Team (CET) member with experience in Sales and Technical Support who is willing to learn and adapt to new challenges. The support role will be onsite to support for RFI's business systems and is part of our CET based in Seven Hills, Sydney.
We are re‐engineering customer experience and this new role forms part of our transformation. The role will also work closely with the field sales team to deliver great customer service. We are looking for a Customer advocate, who enjoys working with customers on solutions and working in a team environment with a customer 1st approach.
Key responsibilities
* Service customers to both meet their current requirements and develop further opportunities
* Assist customers with product selection by interpreting product information
* Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up
* Providing technical advice and support to internal departments
* Provide internal support for the Sales Team
* Answering technical and general enquiries
* Understand and support customers through all stages of their requirements
About you
* 3+ years of experience in a client facing role, help desk, technical support in wireless communications / renewables / solar distribution environment, and inbound sales.
* Exceptional telephone skills and strong relationship building skills.
* You will have a structured approach and experience in CRM platforms and ERP system (NetSuite / Oracle highly regarded).
* Ability to work well in a team environment and have a strong drive for delivering customers' expectations and needs.
* Demonstrated ability to analyse processes and facilitate continuous improvement
* Ability to manage your time, prioritise tasks and problem-solve
* Inquisitive mind, willingness to call and discuss options with the customer – not just email
* Enjoys talking to customers and offering solutions
* Background in the Radio Frequency/Communication Industry or Solar Industry preferable but not essential.
