We are currently looking for a Technical Writer to join a large-scale enterprise transformation project, supporting the deployment of a new HR and Payroll system. In this role, you'll work closely with subject matter experts to create clear, structured documentation that enables smooth end-user adoption, translating BPMN process models into practical SOPs, work instructions, and visual guides.
What You'll Do
* Convert BPMN L4–L5 process maps into user-friendly SOPs, job aids, and work instructions
* Capture visual, step-by-step system tasks using Scribe
* Collaborate with SMEs and process owners to ensure documentation accuracy
* Support change and training efforts with clear, actionable reference materials
* Maintain documentation versions as systems evolve
What You'll Bring
* 3+ years' experience in a Technical Writing or Instructional Design role
* Proven ability to document complex systems and business processes
* Working knowledge in Scribe, Microsoft Word, Visio, and Confluence (or similar)
* Ability to interpret BPMN models and translate them into usable content
* Exceptional attention to detail, editing, and formatting
* Experience in HR/Payroll process documentation, SAP SuccessFactors, and regulated industries like healthcare, finance, or manufacturing are highly regarded.
