Sales Development Representative (Remote in AU)

Reporting directly to the Head of Country, you'll receive tailored training, close mentorship and a clear pathway into an Account Executive role.

This role goes far beyond pure outbound, you'll attend industry events, join client meetings, support account-based initiatives and work alongside a high-performing team committed to your development. What you will do:

* Develop and manage a territory plan, partnering closely with AEs and the Head of Country to build predictable pipeline coverage.
* Execute targeted outbound prospecting across email, phone, social, and ABM plays while qualifying inbound leads into sales-ready opportunities.
* Attend industry events, support client calls, and take part in discovery meetings to deepen product and market knowledge.
* Research target accounts, map key decision-makers, and tailor messaging to their digital maturity and MarTech goals.
* Clearly articulate the value of a leading experimentation and optimisation platform to prospective customers.
* Collaborate with Marketing and Partner teams on ANZ campaigns and account-based strategies.
* Track and report activity using Salesforce and a modern GTM toolset including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Orum, and Amplemarket.


What you will bring:

* 1–2 years in SaaS or a customer-facing tech role; strong graduates and early-career candidates encouraged to apply.
* Curiosity, resilience, and a proactive mindset, comfortable experimenting, iterating, and learning fast.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to tell a clear story and engage senior stakeholders.
* Solid organisational discipline, attention to detail, and the motivation to exceed activity and pipeline goals.
* Experience with Salesforce or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is an advantage.
