Maintain an in-depth knowledge of product and brand to provide considered, expert guidance. Mentor and uplift the team, encouraging confidence, collaboration, and skill-building. Elevate the team’s performance using KPIs as a tool to to drive growth, nurture development, and ensure continued success. Build trust and rapport with your customer base through attentive, considered engagement and thoughtful responses. Oversee inventory and ensure the boutique is beautifully stocked and presented. Uphold policies and procedures, fostering alignment with our brand spirit and culture. ABOUT YOU Proven leadership experience in retail or a similar environment.
