About the Role
Are you passionate about supporting young people to overcome barriers and thrive?
We are looking for a dedicated and culturally responsive Youth Case Worker to deliver integrated case management and employment support across two impactful programs:

* Indigenous Skills and Employment Program (ISEP): Assisting First Nations youth to access culturally safe employment pathways, skills training, and social supports.
This dynamic role will provide holistic support to young people, including those transitioning from care or the justice system, young mothers, and individuals affected by regional job losses. The ideal candidate will be confident in both youth housing case work and employment services, with a strong focus on cultural safety, empowerment, and strengths-based engagement.

* Implement individualised case plans across both programs, with a focus on life skills, employment readiness, training, and community connection.
* Coordinate referrals, assess eligibility, and maintain up-to-date records, case notes, and reporting aligned with program KPIs.
* Build strong relationships with Indigenous Elders, community organisations, training providers, and employers to develop culturally safe pathways and placements.
* Provide wraparound support to young mothers and youth displaced from the workforce, including help with driver's licensing, job applications, emotional resilience, and workplace readiness.
