About the Role
As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of seven sales staff
* Driving sales initiatives and setting clear targets and KPIs
* Creating new strategies, ideas, and incentive programs to boost performance
* Collaborating with the wider business on marketing initiatives and growth strategies
* Supporting a people-first culture, ensuring strong communication, motivation, and team cohesion
About You
We are looking for a strong people manager who can bring energy, leadership, and commercial insight to the team. Ideally, you will have:
* Proven experience managing and growing a sales team
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to implement strategies that drive sales and strengthen customer relationships
* Exposure to manufacturing or industrial sales is highly regarded
