Job Title: Infrastructure Development Specialist
Overview:
As a skilled and experienced professional, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our region through the planning and advancement of civil infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver comprehensive civil engineering plans and/or computer models to meet strategic and operational requirements.
* Provide expert technical advice to stakeholders.
* Contribute to concept designs for long-term infrastructure planning.
Requirements:
* Associate Degree in Civil Engineering or demonstrated progression through a Bachelor of Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification as recognized by Engineers Australia.
* Proficiency in Design, Drafting and Microsoft Office software.
* Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
* Strong report writing and communication skills.
* Well-developed organizational and time management skills.
Desirable Qualifications:
* Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering (or Environmental Engineering as recognized by Engineers Australia).
* Demonstrated ability to use survey equipment including GNSS rovers, digital levels, total stations and ground penetrating radar.
* Extensive design experience in Local Government civil works.
