The Opportunity: I'm are currently partnering with a well-established organisation to appoint an experienced HR Advisor into a standalone corporate role. This role provides operational HR support across the full employee lifecycle while partnering closely with managers to ensure best-practice people processes, compliance and workplace safety standards. This is a hands-on advisory position suited to an experienced HR professional who enjoys balancing employee relations, recruitment, policy development and OHS coordination within a collaborative business environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day HR advisory support to managers and employees Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes Lead and manage employment relations matters, including investigations, performance management, and terminations Coordinate performance review and remuneration processes Maintain and update HR policies and procedures Prepare HR reporting for senior leadership Oversee WorkCover claims and return-to-work coordination Support OHS compliance, audits, risk management and safety initiatives Ensure HR practices align with current employment legislation To be Successful In This Role, You'll Bring: Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business or a related discipline Proven experience in an HR Advisor or standalone HR role Strong working knowledge of employment legislation and OHS requirements Confident managing employee relations matters independently High attention to detail with strong documentation skills Able to build trusted relationships across all levels of the business What’s In It for You: Fast-paced and rewarding work where you can really make a difference Opportunity to flex to perm!
