If you enjoy supporting customers, building relationships, and improving processes, this opportunity is for you!We’re looking for an Agricultural Technical Support Specialist to be the key contact for dealer technical and catalogue queries and provide exceptional support across the Parts Operations department. Working alongside the Dealer Parts Support Manager and other internal teams, you’ll ensure timely, accurate communication between dealers and the business - helping to maintain our reputation for quality service and operational efficiency.This is a hands-on, varied role offering autonomy, learning opportunities, and a chance to make a real difference across our aftersales network.What You’ll DoSupport the Dealer Parts Support Manager to build strong relationships with domestic, export, and inter-regional customersBe the go-to contact for all technical and catalogue-related queriesRespond to phone and email enquiries from dealerships, ensuring part requirements are accurately identified and fulfilledWork closely with internal departments and dealerships to support end customers and distributorsMonitor and analyse customer credit claimsPrioritise and respond to customer communications with professionalism and accuracyEscalate service-related issues where necessaryMake dealer-related decisions with a high degree of autonomySupport additional aftersales initiatives and teams as requiredUpdate training materials and procedure manualsProvide training to dealers and new staff members as neededAbout YouPrevious experience as a Parts Interpreter in the automotive/heavy machinery/agricultural sectorTechnical/mechanical understanding, with a strong interest in learning and continuous improvementHigh-level interpersonal and customer service skillsExcellent time management and organisational abilitiesStrong problem-solving skills with great attention to detailComfortable working independently and making decisions within your area of responsibilityMedium-level proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and general computer systemsExperience with dealership systems or parts cataloguing is a bonusWhy Join UsCNH is a world-class equipment and services company dedicated to advancing the noble work of agriculture and construction workers.
