About the role
Execute marketing strategies across multiple venues and precinct brands.
Maintain day-to-day communication with venue teams, building strong, collaborative relationships.
Brief the design team and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver projects seamlessly.
Oversee print production requirements, including menus, collateral, and signage, with a strong understanding of print processes.
Support digital marketing initiatives, including website updates (WordPress, Squarespace), internal and external EDMs (Campaign Monitor), and guest review management.
Draft EDM content, manage marketing calendars, and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
Assist with onsite event support, including quarterly activations, venue campaigns, and festival events.
Coordinate photography shoots and manage all associated deliverables.
About you
Minimum of 2–3 years' marketing experience.
Experience within hospitality, B2C, lifestyle, digital, or agency environments is highly desirable.
Hands-on digital marketing expertise, website management, EDMs, analytics, and customer engagement platforms.
Proven experience managing multiple brands, stakeholders, or working in fast-paced environments.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing tasks and meet deadlines.
Positive, adaptable, and solutions-focused, bringing energy and a proactive "can-do" approach to every project.
