Job Title: Technical Support Specialist
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in QLD. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering premium and personal experiences for visitors and staff, as well as providing audio-visual (AV) support for meetings and events.
* Setup, monitor, record, and run the technical components of meeting sessions.
* Respond to client support calls and emails in a prompt and timely manner.
* Provide basic AV troubleshooting before escalation to the service support team.
* Coordinate technical teams to respond to incidents.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to clients, including setting up and maintaining AV equipment, resolving issues, and performing system testing and maintenance.
2. Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation, including process reviews, process improvements, end-user feedback, and checklists.
3. Awareness Training: Develop and deliver awareness training programs for onsite end-users and provide AV system training to company personnel as required.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Experience with AV integration in a client-facing role.
* Minimum 3 years' experience in video conferencing.
* Good TCP/IP knowledge.
* Skill in writing and maintaining documentation.
* Leadership skills and a proactive willingness to troubleshoot and resolve issues immediately.
* Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
* Excellent communication skills at all levels.
