This role will report directly to the General Manager and will primarily focus on managing and maintaining the organisation's internal recruitment process.
**The role leads the functions of**:
- Oversee daily group interview sessions
- Allocation of roles to team
- Manage the offer and acceptance process with team
- Creating pipelines for future positions
- Create & implement full attraction campaigns
- Understanding the business functions and hiring manages needs
**The skills you'll need to bring**:
- An experienced recruiter
- A confident public speaker, with experience in conducting group interviews
- Able to follow recruitment processes
- Leading teams of all experience levels
Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
