Transformation Leader Job Description
This role requires a seasoned Senior Program Manager with proven expertise in NBN technology and systems to lead strategic transformation initiatives.
* Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale transformation programs within the enterprise, including transformations, Enterprise Simplification, and Strategic Data Quality programs.
* Define and execute strategic roadmaps aligned with commercial and operational goals.
* Oversee cloud migration initiatives such as application migrations, involving large-scale infrastructure and application transitions to AWS.
* Manage cross-functional teams and vendor relationships to ensure seamless delivery and operational excellence.
* Implement agile frameworks and DevSecOps practices across delivery teams.
* Drive stakeholder engagement and change management across business and technology domains.
* Monitor program success metrics including cadence, cost, and value realization.
Mandatory Experience:
* Minimum of 20+ years' experience with managing complex IT programmes and 5+ years with nbn technology and systems.
* Demonstrated success in managing complex IT & Network transformation programs.
* Deep understanding of commercial models, IT solutioning, and operational practices.
* Experience with data governance, analytics platforms (UDS, CEDW), and enterprise-wide transformation.
* Proven ability to lead agile delivery teams and implement SAFe practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
* SAFe Agilist, SAFe Scrum Master, and PRINCE2 Practitioner certifications.
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
* Experience in stakeholder management across C-Level and operational teams.
* Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
