This role provides clinical IT support to Cardiac Catheter Laboratories and Echocardiography Clinics across Queensland Health.

1. Support (and at times lead) clinical incident response to statewide Major Information and Communication Technology (ICT) incidents.
2. Collaborate with directors, HHS, and technical partners develop incident communiques and safe clinical workarounds.
