About the Role
This position involves leading transaction execution for sell-side, buy-side, origination, capital raising, and strategic review deals. Influence senior stakeholders through clear communication of deal proposals and structures. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships to support deal flow and the origination of further M&A activities.
* Assist in business development and proposal preparation alongside senior team members.
Requirements:
* Strong theoretical knowledge of corporate finance and M&A advisory, backed by transaction experience from investment banks, boutique firms, Big Four consultancies, or law firms.
* Proven capability to build integrated financial models for valuation, cash flow, and other financial analyses.
* Solid business acumen and the ability to support complex deal processes effectively.
* Excellent organizational, project management, and multi-tasking skills, with a collaborative mindset.
