Job Description
The Senior Administration Officer role at ClearCompany is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our aged care community. This position works closely with the Residential Service Manager to lead the administration team and manage complex administrative functions.
About the Role
* Provide leadership and coaching to the administration team
* Coordinate HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning
* Support payroll processes in collaboration with the roster and HR teams
* Assist with meeting coordination and documentation
* Manage general administration to ensure efficient community operations
* Support communication and processes within our retirement village services
Requirements
* A qualification in administration or a related field (desirable)
* At least two years' experience in a senior administration role
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* A collaborative, respectful, and inclusive approach to your work
* A current NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Experience in residential aged care is desirable but not essential
