About The Opportunity
As our Operations Coordinator, you will facilitate the effective and efficient day‐to‐day operations of a community broadcasting service, ensuring the delivery of agreed programming and content formats in line with organisational objectives, community broadcasting standards, and licence requirements.
* Coordinate volunteers in the ongoing delivery of effective, relevant, and timely broadcast content.
* Coordinate recording, scheduling, and updating of on‐air announcements, promotional material, and community service announcements.
* Maintain and enhance systems and procedures for program preparation and presentation.
About You
* Minimum 3 years' experience in broadcasting, media operations, and volunteer coordination.
* Demonstrated experience in programming, audio production, or broadcast operations.
* Strong understanding of audio recording and editing software and office productivity tools.
* Demonstrated experience in compliance and administration related to volunteers and community broadcasting.
