About The Role
This role offers the opportunity to build specialist capability across Clinical Trials and Cancer Services within a collaborative pharmacy team. Based primarily at Grampians Health Ballarat, you will support innovative trial delivery and high-quality oncology care across the region. The role blends clinical practice, service development and team support while contributing to improved patient outcomes.
Core duties
Deliver clinical trials pharmacy services Provide oncology pharmacy care Support ARIA systems and protocols Improve workflow and service quality Build team capability and skills
Key Responsibilities
Dispense and manage investigational medicines Support cancer services across regional sites Develop and maintain ARIA medication protocols Train and support pharmacy and clinical staff Streamline processes and support quality improvement Participate in on-call and weekend rosters
Skills & Experience
AHPRA registration as a pharmacist Hospital pharmacy experience in a clinical setting Knowledge or interest in oncology or clinical trials Strong communication and attention to detail Ability to work across teams and sites
