Overview
We are looking for a motivated, experienced Broker to manage a group of strategic partnership and association key accounts, ensuring they receive a personalised, compliant, and strategic level of service.
Responsibilities
* Managing a portfolio of high‐value strategic partnership and association key accounts
* Delivering tailored insurance program advice based on each client's risk profile
* Maintaining strong, proactive client engagement
* Conducting regular reviews, meetings, and strategic discussions
* Representing the business at events, conferences, and sector‐specific forums
* Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional service
* Supporting new business growth through pipeline development
Qualifications
* Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification
* Strong account management skills with attention to detail
* Clear, professional, and confident communication with stakeholders
* Practical and service‐first approach to getting deals done
* Proactive, helpful, and driven to hit team goals
* Previous experience in a similar insurance or broking role highly regarded
