ABOUT THE ROLE
We have an awesome opportunity to join our Cotton On Womenswear team as a Senior Content Copywriter. You will lead your team to ideate, write, and collaborate with a number of cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for writing copy and executing our brand tone of voice across all customer touchpoints including digital, website, social, instore signage and packaging. You will ensure your team focuses on providing and maintaining quality and consistency to build brand awareness, customer engagement and to drive traffic online and instore for our brand.
If you're passionate about brand voice, content to commerce, omni-channel customer experiences, and call yourself a bit of a word nerd, we'd love to hear from you. Bonus points if you tell us your favourite brand and why. (Hint: It doesn't have to be a fashion brand, it could be their packaging design you love, their witty Insta captions or their quirky product names).
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
•Proven experience in copywriting, creative writing, digital media and marketing
•Experience managing a team is highly regarded
•Qualification / degree in Marketing, Communications or Journalism preferred
•Understanding of basic SEO principles and digital metrics
•Demonstrated experience creating engaging customer content
•Incredible level of attention to detail and accuracy
•Strong written and verbal communication skills
