Responsibilities
* Manage assigned collections with a focus on maximising cash collections and maintaining a high level of customer service
* Effectively identify and recommend alternative collections activities
* Case/dispute management
* Comply and adhere to company policies and collection principles
* Assist with reporting on debtor activity
Qualifications
* Experience and knowledge of Debt Collection/Accounts Receivable fundamentals
* Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (essential)
* Demonstrated experience in developing and executing collection strategies
* Excellent customer service and negotiation skills
* Accounting or Business qualification would be highly regarded
