About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and customer‐focused Service Department Advisor to join our busy team in Alice Springs. This is a key front‐line role responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while coordinating vehicle servicing and repairs efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities
* Greet customers and manage service bookings (phone, email, and in‐person)
* Accurately record vehicle concerns and prepare job cards
* Provide clear explanations of service and repair requirements
* Liaise with technicians to ensure timely workflow
* Provide cost estimates and gain customer approvals
* Process invoices and payments
* Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
* Maintain accurate service records and documentation
About You
* Previous experience in a service advisory, automotive, or customer service role (preferred)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent organisational and time management abilities
* Ability to multitask in a busy workshop environment
* Professional presentation and a positive attitude
* Basic computer literacy
* Current Driver's Licence (essential)
